In addition to our relentless service and attention to detail, it's more about how and where we search than anything else. The candidates that we deliver generally aren't found on job boards or other "traditional" recruiting sources. They're hidden, but we know how to find them: We take the time to find out what makes your business tick. We define the ideal candidate as it pertains to your company, your culture and your leadership. Once defined, we research your competition, identify the top candidates your competition has to offer, and then directly recruit the best of the best from this shortlist of top performers. Direct sourcing will not only give you a much better idea of the candidate pool out there, but also raise the quality of the options available to you. Please note, we don't recruit from our active clientèle, but then again, we don't work with everybody. In 2008 approximately 80% of our placements came through direct sourcing, with passive networking and job boards rounding out the remaining 15% and 5% respectively.
Pricing
• All fees are contingent on Godot CG finding the right candidate. You pay nothing unless we deliver.
• OPTION #1: 20% of annual salary with a 90 day replacement guarantee.
• OPTION #2: 25% of annual salary with a 180 day replacement guarantee.
• Commission Only Sales: A flat fee between 5k-15k (90/180 replacement guarantee) negotiated on a case by case basis with respect to market size, prior/projected production, and product price point.
